Young And Saved Youth Ministry
Over the past few months, Young and Saved Youth Ministry has made great progress in creating opportunities for youth to connect, grow, and serve together. We hosted a wonderful Friendsgiving Fellowship, where youth gathered to share a meal, celebrate gratitude, and strengthen bonds within the ministry. In addition, we organized a skating outing that provided a fun and engaging way for young people to connect with one another outside of traditional settings, building friendships and community in a Christ centered environment. These activities have helped us learn the importance of balancing fellowship with spiritual growth, as well as the value of creating spaces where youth feel both welcomed and empowered to participate.
Looking ahead, we are excited to announce our upcoming End-of-Year Retreat, which will be held at an Airbnb in Houston, TX. In this retreat Young and saved will be engaging in Bible studies, worship, and fellowship activities designed to deepen faith and encourage youth to live boldly for Christ. Planning this retreat has taught us the importance of intentional preparation and listening to the needs of our youth, ensuring that each event aligns with our mission to nurture spiritual growth and community.
Through these experiences, we are learning that youth thrive when given opportunities to lead, share, and engage in activities that reflect their faith. We are also discovering how vital it is to create consistent, meaningful touchpoints that blend fun with discipleship. These lessons continue to shape our ministry and guide us toward building a stronger foundation for future growth.
