Design Code Card Deck

The Design Code Card Deck is a tool to support people through a process of vocational discernment. The Deck was birthed in conversation with Latine leaders and is used in conjunction with conversation to help people discern their design so they can live their purpose both within ministry contexts and within the communities/networks where God has placed them. The cards are physical prompts to encourage thoughtful discussion around the intangible concepts of identity, calling, and purpose.

Those that are discerning are asked to evaluate themselves in relation to prompts on the back of cards that point to five different archetypes: Awakener, Activator, Amplifier, Advocator, and Advisor. For more details click the image link below.
